The Johnnie Walker Tasting Experience
A Guided Journey Through Scotland’s Most Iconic Whisky Collection
Join us at Monarch Culinary Studio for an elegant evening of Scotch whisky exploration and chef-prepared culinary pairings.
This intimate guided tasting takes guests through six distinctive expressions from the Johnnie Walker collection, progressing from the rich complexity of Black Label to the celebrated character of Blue Label.
Throughout the evening, each whisky will be introduced and discussed, giving guests an opportunity to explore the influence of blending, maturation, smoke, oak, and regional character. Every pour will be paired with a thoughtfully prepared tasting course designed to complement and enhance the whisky’s individual flavour profile.

The Experience
Guests will be guided through a progressive tasting of six Scotch whiskies, allowing them to compare flavour profiles, blending styles, maturation techniques, and finishes across the Johnnie Walker portfolio.
The accompanying menu has been designed as a complete culinary journey, with each plate highlighting complementary flavours and textures while allowing the character of the whisky to remain at the centre of the experience.
