Harvest Soup Workshop — Knife Skills, Seasonal Soups & Dinner Experience

Celebrate the Ontario harvest with a hands-on workshop dedicated to seasonal soups, essential knife skills, and comforting fall flavours.

Guided by a Monarch chef, guests will learn how to safely and efficiently prepare vegetables while developing practical cutting techniques that can be used in everyday cooking. The workshop will explore flavour building, roasting, seasoning, texture, and the preparation of two distinctive soups.

Guests will prepare both recipes during the workshop and take their creations home to enjoy. A chef-prepared dinner featuring the same seasonal menu will also be served during the experience.
