Jason and Bob are not just fantastic chefs and excellent teachers -- they're incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about what they do, and were able to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. They provided not only lessons specific to the dishes they prepared, but also many practical techniques and general cooking tips that I'll be applying in my own kitchen.

They enthusiastically accommodated dietary restrictions, developing alternatives that were as creative as they were delicious. Their studio was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, with a layout that was perfectly suited for demonstrations and hands-on learning.

We had Bob and Jason from Monarch Culinary cater a private birthday dinner for 12 guests at a friend’s home, and the entire experience was outstanding.

From the planning stage to the final course, Bob was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The food was absolutely phenomenal—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and every guest raved about it.

What truly set Monarch Culinary apart was the care they showed one of our guests who has a medical condition and is unable to eat solid foods. Bob and Jason created a beautifully customized meal that reflected what the rest of us were enjoying while safely accommodating his dietary needs. It was thoughtful, creative, and meant so much to our family.

We had an excellent, delicious and very informative evening with Jason and Bob for the LIFE OF THE PARTY NIGHT, with appetizers and wine flight!! So much information, techniques and different tastes and new foods!!! We will 100% come back, more than once, for sure 🍷
