A Seasonal Farm-to-Table Demonstration
Ontario’s fall harvest gives us some of the most comforting and versatile ingredients of the year.
Join us in the Monarch Culinary Studio for a chef-led demonstration celebrating the flavours of the season through a refined three-course menu built around locally inspired ingredients, classic technique and thoughtful presentation.
Throughout the evening, we’ll explore how roasting, caramelization and proper sauce work can transform familiar autumn ingredients into an elegant restaurant-quality dinner. From developing depth of flavour in a roasted squash bisque to properly cooking skin-on chicken and building a cider jus from the pan, this class focuses on practical techniques that can be used again and again at home.
