From selecting and preparing a premium ribeye to developing a deep, even crust, building a proper pan sauce and executing classic steakhouse accompaniments, this evening is designed to take the guesswork out of cooking steak at home.

Throughout the demonstration, our chefs will explore how professional kitchens approach beef—from grading, dry-brining and temperature control to resting, carving and finishing. We’ll also prepare laminated Pommes Anna, seasonal vegetables and a rich port wine jus, demonstrating how technique and timing come together to create a composed restaurant-quality plate.
