Elevated Appetizers & Effortless Entertaining
The secret to being the life of the party is not spending the entire party in the kitchen.
Join us in the Monarch Culinary Studio for a chef-led demonstration focused on one of the most useful skills in entertaining: how to create impressive appetizers while keeping the actual execution simple, organized and manageable.
Throughout the evening, we’ll prepare a collection of elevated cocktail-party bites while showing you how professional chefs plan ahead. You’ll learn which components can be prepared the day before, which dishes hold and reheat well, and which finishing touches should be saved until the last minute.
