Monarch Brine in a Jar
We made the brine so you don’t have too! Just add 5 liters of boiling water to our pre-mixed jar of kosher salt, sugar, and carefully selected aromatics. Allow to cool, and your brine is ready. Use with your favorite cuts of pork and poultry.
