Chef Bob Murphy MBA, RSE

 Chef Murphy has 31 years of culinary experience having held positions as Head Chef in the restaurant, hotel and  golf course sectors of the food & beverage industry. His lifelong passion for being a Chef has now developed into a passion for teaching others about the profession. His industry experience has allowed him to mold his teaching style into a hands-on approach.  A founder of Monarch Culinary Advisors, he strives to share his knowledge of the culinary arts through best practices, insight, and strategic change.

Chef Jason Miller CDMP, RSE

Beginning his career at the age of 18, Chef Miller has gained a well-rounded experience in all types of

restaurant and hospitality food service operations. His experience includes fine dining restaurants, large-scale hotel banqueting facilities, golf and country clubs, and 9 years as a Corporate Executive Chef.  Chef Miller’s goal is to develop the Monarch brand into a unique culinary educational platform targeting both industry professionals and the general public while enhancing customers' knowledge of food, cooking techniques, sustainability, and community awareness.
