Better Brisket

Smoked low and slow, our Better Brisket is the star of the plate — tender, flavour-packed, and carved to order. It’s paired with a curated lineup of crave-worthy sides: local artisanal pickles, freshly baked sourdough, crisp coleslaw, and our chef’s twist on classic potato salad. A refined nod to BBQ tradition, this menu is perfect for weddings, summer celebrations, and gatherings of meat lovers.

Epic Burgers

A backyard classic done right — our BBQ Chicken & Ribs menu pairs fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs with tender, smoked local organic chicken, slow-cooked to perfection.
