COOKING WORKSHOPS

These are hands on classes designed for groups that would like to participate in the cooking process. All of our workshops also include a meal for all participants. Pasta Fundamentals

Learn how to make pasta from scratch, as well as a delicious 3 course meal including Salad, Pasta main, and a dessert.

Mastering Gnocchi

Experience the process of making your own potato gnocchi. There is a lot to learn in this one, but you will also enjoy a 3 course meal with Gnocchi at the center of the plate. A complimentary Salad and dessert will be included.

Perfect Pizza

Learn trade secrets of crafting Pizza! You will make dough, prepare sauce, and explore cooking techniques! Enjoy the fruits of your labor with a complimentary salad and dessert!

Knife Skills + Soups and Stocks

If you are looking to enhance your knife skills, as well as learn essential foundation techniques for making stocks and soups, this is the class for you.

Mastering Poultry


Take a deep dive into preparation techniques for poultry such as chicken and Cornish Hen.

In this workshop Participants will learn techniques for how to prepare Pork Tenderloin, and Pork Belly.
